01. Acceptance of Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and HuntHQ LLC (doing business as ConfWise), 709 Balmoral Road, Winter Park, FL 32789, USA (“ConfWise”, “we”, “us”). By accessing ConfWise, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide a platform for event organizers to digitize agendas using AI tools and publish an event app that attendees open in their web browser.

02. Flat-Fee Licensing

ConfWise operates on a per-event, flat-fee basis. Your license is valid for the duration of the event specified during purchase plus 30 days of post-event access for data retrieval.

03. AI Data Processing

You acknowledge that our AI Magic Import tool is an assistant to human entry. AI extraction can contain errors or omissions, and final vetting of agenda metadata is the responsibility of the event organizer.

Files you upload for Magic Import are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, for processing. Our Privacy Policy explains how.

04. Your Content and Your Warranties

“Your content” means everything you or your team upload to or enter into ConfWise. It includes agendas and session descriptions, speaker names, biographies and photos, sponsor and exhibitor materials, venue maps, attendee information and any files you submit for Magic Import.

By uploading or entering your content, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own your content or have all the rights, licenses and permissions needed to upload it, publish it in your event app and let ConfWise and its service providers process it as described in our Privacy Policy;
  • where your content includes personal information about speakers, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors or anyone else, you have given any notices and obtained any consents that applicable law requires, and you have a lawful basis for sharing it with us;
  • you have permission from speakers and other people shown in photos or named in biographies to publish those photos and biographies in your event app; and
  • your content does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights, and is not unlawful.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us permission to host, process, display and transmit it only as needed to provide ConfWise to you and your attendees. For personal information in your content, you decide what is collected and why, and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for responding to requests from people about their information in your content, and we will help as described in our Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement is available on request.

05. Liability

ConfWise is not responsible for event cancellations, technical failures at venue locations, or user-generated content within the app.
