01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ConfWise, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide a platform for event organizers to digitize agendas using AI tools and deploy mobile applications.
02. Flat-Fee Licensing
ConfWise operates on a per-event, flat-fee basis. Your license is valid for the duration of the event specified during purchase plus 30 days of post-event access for data retrieval.
03. AI Data Processing
You acknowledge that our AI Magic Import tool is an assistant to human entry. While our accuracy is high (99%+), final vetting of agenda metadata is the responsibility of the event organizer.
04. Liability
ConfWise is not responsible for event cancellations, technical failures at venue locations, or user-generated content within the app.
