Best Conference App for Vineyard Mechanization & Technology Field Days
A flat-fee event app for vineyard mechanization and technology field days: demo schedules built from your PDF, opened in the browser with nothing to install.
We build your draft app free from the agenda PDF you email us. You review the draft and pay only if you publish.
A vineyard mechanization field day rotates attendees through demonstrations of robotics, pruning machinery and sensors across several blocks. Keeping everyone on the right rotation is hard with a paper handout that can't change when a demo runs late.
ConfWise turns your field day schedule into a web app attendees open in their phone's browser, with nothing to install, for a flat fee per event.
Live Schedule Updates
Change a session time or room once in your dashboard and it appears on attendees' phones while they're online. No reprinted program, no errata sheet.

The web app needs a data connection. Coverage in the back acreage can be patchy, so print the rotation schedule as a backup; any changes show up once attendees are back online.
Field days often rotate groups across multiple blocks and varietals. Email us your master schedule of machinery rotations and review the draft app we build for you.
When a demonstration runs long, you update the schedule once and attendees see it on their phones while they're online.
