Best Conference App for Tribal Historic Preservation Officer (THPO) Summits
Make grant-funded budgets go further for Tribal Historic Preservation Officer (THPO) Summits with a flat-fee, no-download conference app built from your PDF agenda.
We build your draft app free from the agenda PDF you email us. You review the draft and pay only if you publish.
Tribal Historic Preservation Officer (THPO) Summits support the protection of indigenous heritage and land. Because these events are often funded by federal or tribal grants with firm budget caps, organizers can face a hard choice between professional quality and per-attendee fees. ConfWise offers a professional conference app for a flat fee per event.
With transparent pricing and simple setup, heritage professionals can focus on their mission rather than on software contracts, and representatives open the agenda in their phone's browser, with nothing to install.
Live Schedule Updates
Change a session time or room once in your dashboard and it appears on attendees' phones while they're online. No reprinted program, no errata sheet.

ConfWise has no per-head pricing. Every tier has unlimited attendees and the no-download web app, and the $299 Professional tier covers 50 or 500 attendees at the same cost. Building the draft from your PDF saves administrative time for small teams, and reviewing the draft is free; you pay when you publish.
THPO staff often hold several roles. Instead of manual data entry, email us your agenda PDF and we'll build the draft app for you to review, with the sessions, speakers and tracks in place.
Field visits and remote venues are common in tribal heritage work. The web app needs a data connection, so for site visits with poor coverage, give attendees the key times on paper too; the app shows any changes once they're back online.
ConfWise leaves out the extras of enterprise platforms, such as social walls or gamification, giving tribal leaders and heritage professionals a clear, professional program.
