Best Conference App for State Taxidermy Association Conventions
Eliminate paper packet fatigue and digitize your state taxidermy convention and competition schedule with a no-download ConfWise web app, at a flat per-event price.
We build your draft app free from the agenda PDF you email us. You review the draft and pay only if you publish.
Many taxidermy associations still have a paper problem. Members spend hundreds of hours perfecting a shoulder mount or a waterfowl display, then get a stapled, photocopied packet as their convention program. That gap matters when you are trying to attract the next generation of professional taxidermists.
Stop making attendees cross-reference static rules with a printed seminar schedule. ConfWise gives your convention a web app members open in their phone's browser, without per-attendee pricing that grows with your association.
ConfWise is priced for non-profit associations: a flat fee per event ($99 or $299) with unlimited attendees, no per-head fees and the no-download web app on every tier. On the $299 Professional tier there are no member surcharges, just one price per event. The app covers the essentials: an agenda built from your PDF, live schedule updates and nothing for members to install. Powerhouse isn't on sale yet. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when lead retrieval and sponsor tools are ready.
Taxidermy conventions are busy: seminars, judging, awards and supply room hours. Typing all of that into an app invites errors. Email us your existing Schedule of Events as a PDF and we'll build the draft app for you to review, saving your board a lot of data entry. The draft is free; you pay when you publish.
The program opens in members' phone browsers, so there is no app to find in a store and nothing to explain at the registration table.
If judging runs late or a seminar changes rooms, you update it once and members see it on their phones while they're online.
Live Schedule Updates
Change a session time or room once in your dashboard and it appears on attendees' phones while they're online. No reprinted program, no errata sheet.
Schedule synchronized
