Best Conference App for State Master Gardener Conferences
How to modernize your State Master Gardener Conference with a no-download conference app on a volunteer-friendly budget: flat per-event pricing and unlimited attendees.
We build your draft app free from the agenda PDF you email us. You review the draft and pay only if you publish.
State Master Gardener conferences bring together the dedicated volunteers at the heart of agricultural extension. Organizers have often had to choose between paper packets and event apps with per-attendee fees that eat into the annual budget.
ConfWise gives extension programs a professional conference app that fits the tight budgets of non-profit associations and university programs. Attendees open it in their phone's browser, with nothing to install.
Simple, Flat Pricing
ConfWise charges a flat fee per event: $99 or $299, with unlimited attendees, no per-head fees, and the no-download web app on every tier. On the $299 Professional tier, 50 or 500 Master Gardeners cost the same. Powerhouse isn't on sale yet. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when lead retrieval and sponsor tools are ready.
From PDF to Draft App, Built for You
Don't spend weeks entering session data. Email us your existing agenda PDF and we'll build the draft app for you to review, with the sessions, speakers and times in place. The draft is free; you pay when you publish.
Master Gardener volunteers span every comfort level with technology. Opening a web page is something everyone already knows how to do, so there is no app to install and no store account needed.
Weather happens, and session locations change. You update the session once, and attendees see the change on their phones while they're online.
The web app needs a data connection. If a garden tour heads somewhere with poor coverage, print the day's schedule as a backup; the app will show any changes once attendees are back online.
Live Schedule Updates
Change a session time or room once in your dashboard and it appears on attendees' phones while they're online. No reprinted program, no errata sheet.
Schedule synchronized
