Best Conference App for State Home Inspector Association Conferences
A digital companion for state home inspector association chapter meetings. Replace heavy CE booklets with a flat-fee, no-download conference app built from your PDF agenda.
We build your draft app free from the agenda PDF you email us. You review the draft and pay only if you publish.
State Home Inspector Association conferences are a key source of mandatory Continuing Education (CE) credits. Volunteer boards have often had to choose between enterprise software priced beyond their budget and the labor of printing and distributing thick paper booklets. ConfWise offers a professional conference app at a price that respects the association's budget.
A weekend agenda that runs from structural seminars to mold litigation workshops needs a tool that is easy to set up. ConfWise turns your PDF schedule into a draft app you can review and publish, and inspectors open it in their phone's browser, with nothing to install.
Live Schedule Updates
Change a session time or room once in your dashboard and it appears on attendees' phones while they're online. No reprinted program, no errata sheet.

Why ConfWise Fits State Chapters
1. We Build Your Draft From Your Session List Skip the manual data entry. Email us your session list as a PDF and we'll build the draft app for you to review, with the sessions, speakers and times in place. For chapters running 20 or more sessions over a weekend, that saves a lot of volunteer time. The draft is free; you pay when you publish.
2. No Download Inspectors open the agenda in their phone's browser. There is no app to find in a store.
3. Live Schedule Updates When a speaker is delayed or a room changes, you update it once in the dashboard and inspectors see it while they're online, so nobody misses a CE credit hour.
