Running outdoor field demonstrations across orchards and high-value vegetable beds involves shifting equipment run times, changing demonstration tracks, and unexpected weather delays. ConfWise keeps your growers informed with straightforward schedule delivery:
- We Build It From Your Program: Email us the agenda PDF you already have, and we build your draft app free. You check every session and tractor demonstration, paying only when you publish.
- Nothing to Install: Attendees simply open the event in their phone's browser, with nothing to install. There are no accounts or marketplace hurdles between growers and the schedule.
- Live Program Edits: When demonstration plots change or an implement run shifts back thirty minutes, you edit the agenda and attendees see the change while they are online.
- Predictable Event Pricing: Choose our Community tier at $99 per event or our Professional tier at $299 per event. Both tiers provide unlimited attendees with zero per-head fees.
Planning live field demonstrations and technical breakout panels leaves planning committees with little time to configure complex software. ConfWise takes the setup off your hands. Email us the agenda PDF you already have, and we build your draft app free. You check every session, equipment trial, and keynote on your own schedule before spending anything, and you pay only when you publish the final schedule.
Growers, agronomists, and robotics developers walking between demonstration plots need to check the daily agenda as they go. ConfWise operates as a web app where attendees open the event in their phone's browser, with nothing to install. When they arrive at the research farm, visitors can open the running order of robotic harvesting trials and technical panels while they are online.
Field demonstrations frequently require schedule modifications due to machinery adjustments, soil conditions, or extended technical discussions. When an organizer edits a session, attendees see the change while they are online, keeping machinery operators and visiting growers coordinated throughout the day. You receive this capability alongside flat per-event pricing: Community at $99 per event and Professional at $299 per event, each supporting unlimited attendees without turnout penalties.
