Specialized lineage and hereditary society conferences bring together genealogists, historians, and hereditary society officers for annual assemblies, banquets, and specialized lecture tracks. Organizing these multi-day gatherings often falls on dedicated volunteer committees and society treasurers who balance scholarly itineraries with fixed budgets.
ConfWise delivers a clean schedule app designed for your next annual meeting. Instead of asking volunteers to learn complex software or build an application from scratch, we build your draft app from your PDF agenda. Attendees open the event in their phone's browser, with nothing to install, ensuring everyone can follow the lectures, lineage workshops, and business sessions throughout the gathering.
Planning a hereditary society convention requires coordinating historical research symposiums, formal dinners, and committee sessions without technical friction. ConfWise keeps the process straightforward:
- We build your draft app from your PDF agenda: Email us the agenda PDF you already have, and we build your draft app free. You check every session, and you pay only when you publish.
- No installation required: Attendees open the event in their phone's browser, with nothing to install. Members view the schedule directly through their browser.
- Live schedule updates: When the organizer edits a session, attendees see the change while they are online. If a speaker changes rooms or a committee meeting is rescheduled, your program stays up to date.
- Transparent, flat pricing: ConfWise provides flat pricing per event with unlimited attendees. Choose the Community tier at $99 or the Professional tier at $299. There are no per-head fees to worry about when registrations increase.

Volunteer genealogists and society registrars spend countless hours perfecting the conference itinerary in a standard printable document. ConfWise respects that work: email us the agenda PDF you already have, and we build your draft app free. You check every session, verify speaker details and committee rooms, and you pay only when you publish. There is no software to configure and no need to re-enter your schedule into an unfamiliar administrative system.
Hereditary society gatherings bring together attendees of all technical backgrounds. Rather than troubleshooting setup instructions during registration, attendees open the event in their phone's browser, with nothing to install. Society members view the order of proceedings, ceremony schedules, and academic panels directly in their browser. If a presentation room moves or an evening banquet schedule shifts, the organizer makes an edit, and attendees see the change while they are online.
Lineage societies operate on carefully budgeted member dues and registration funds. ConfWise provides clear, predictable event costs with flat price per event: Community at $99 and Professional at $299. Both tiers include unlimited attendees with no per-head fees, meaning your society is never penalized when more members register for the annual convention. You can set up and review your free draft event in advance, securing board approval before paying a single dollar to publish.
